For help with Pinaura, include your Windows version, Pinaura version, capture mode, and whether OCR, recording, or library indexing was involved.
Before contacting support
- Restart Pinaura from the tray menu.
- Confirm you are using the latest Microsoft Store version.
- Open Settings > Performance and copy the diagnostic summary.
- For OCR issues, confirm Windows has at least one OCR language installed.
Local logs
In Pinaura, open Settings > Performance to open the data folder, logs folder, or copy diagnostics.
Store purchases
Microsoft Store manages Store installs, updates, purchases, and refunds.
